Zorro has long been a favorite of the core crew for me and hes naturally
been underutilized for awhile, like most of the crew, with Blood & Sea each arc works. This also meant every fruit user on top of Zou Island
is bound for trouble as they cant survive water. Sound off in the

However, Luffy was previously seen going with the Mink Woman. SPOILER ALERT: Readers are advised to skip this article if they dont want to know something in advance about the upcoming chapter. From there, it was a battle of Haki and as expected, Zoro came out on top. Its been a solid arc overall that was background for far too long but the end result is a very fun and engaging episode that brings a piece of the overall arc to a close. So his stepping up here and really going at it with Pica is just a thrill to see. Its one thing for Zorro to view him as an opponent to be dealt with, its another for your average guy in the street or even your regular pirate for the most part. The crowd in Dressrosa was astounded on how the swordsman was able to corner Pica, making him come out in his human form. Zorros true intensity is really well played here, and given a nod to the past with a flashback to some of what he went up against long ago, but its the time with Pica that just works wonderfully once we get to the real Pica underneath it all. It doesnt exactly rally everyone but it sets the right tone for what he has to do as he focuses on taking out his enemy, slicing away to find the core and true piece of him.

Rikus face-off with him is good and the elements are put into play to make a difference here, but Blood & Sea find myself enjoying the slow build and reinforcing the scale of the threat thats presented.
