Going to the seaside

Of course in summer there is nothing better than going to the seaside which at about 1 hour drive. There are 3 separate islands that you can visit:
1- L'Ile de Re (great for bike rides)
2- L'Ile D'Yeu
3- L'Ile de Noirmoutier (famous for its natural sea salt production)

All the beaches on this coast have wonderful clean sand and a warm sea, great for both family and sunbathers. The most popular resorts are:

- Saint-Jean-de-Monts
